The next phase of normal is a continually evolving story for each organization to write.

Effective leaders recognize the need for unceasingly redefining normal and building on this reality to guide their organizations in earning and sustaining relevance – pertinence, meaningfulness, importance - with employees, customers, and all stakeholders. As post-Covid operating models evolve, leaders need to ask: what will it take for our company to earn and sustain relevance with our stakeholders tomorrow?
