Dr. Erin L. Kelly
 
A Sloan Distinguished Professor of Work and Organization Studies at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, Co-Director of the MIT Institute for Work and Employment Research and holder of a Ph.D. in sociology from Princeton, Dr. Erin L. Kelly is an expert on work redesign and wellbeing, the future of work, and organizational practices that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. In her new book Overload: How Goods Jobs Went Bad and What to Do About It (Princeton University Press, 2020, co-authored with Phyllis Moen), Dr. Kelly suggests answers culled from a major experiment in a Fortune 500 firm. She will share the findings with us in her keynote session, including implications for both management consultants and our clients.
