Determining Leadership Potential:
Powerful Insights to Winning the Talent Game

with Dr. Kimberly Janson and Dr. Melody Rawlings

 Quick Quiz:

  • Can you think of a leader who shouldn’t be in her/his current role because of a lack of the necessary components to lead well?
  • Worse yet, do you know of leaders who display traits that literally wreak havoc in organizations?

Answers to both questions: Of course you can! We all can!

The sad reality in many organizations is the presence of “leaders” in critical positions who quite simply should not be filling a leadership role at all. The consequences of such situations will often prove disastrous. This session shares strategies for closing the leadership gap so that we consultants can understand vital criteria for determining true leadership potential and help our clients do the same.
Far too many organizations currently require drastically improved leadership training and resources if we are to put an end to the weak-leadership syndrome swirling all around us. By learning how to advise our clients how to do this, we can change the state of leadership today for the better, not only for the companies we serve but for the greater business world as well and for everyone it serves.
