Rick Starkweather has been a management consultant for over 30 years. His areas of expertise include strategic and business planning, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory compliance, rate case support, program management, and organizational and operations improvement. Prior to joining ScottMadden in 1999, Rick was a consultant with Deloitte Consulting. He also has experience in the healthcare and chemical industries and helped lead the start-up of two companies. Rick received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Northwestern University and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is a certified management consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants USA.
